SHIPPING POLICY 

WHEN WILL MY ORRDER BE SHIPPED?

Please not that orders are made to order. We usually pack and ship your order within 3-5 working days from date of order. 

When you order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation at time of your order. Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as the carrier has received it. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

If you have placed an order and have it has been marked delivered and you have not received it please reach out to the carrier directly for an update on your package.
